RESOLUTION SUPPORTING PUBLIC SPACE APPLICATION #326343

WHEREAS:

  1. The homeowner at 4424 Fessenden Street, NW, has applied to add a small driveway in public space connecting to the alley behind the house. No new curb cut is required.
  2. The driveway would be constructed out of permeable materials.
  3. The parking spaces attached to the new driveway would include an electric vehicle charging station.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED:

  1. In light of the minimal incursion on public space, use of permeable materials, and access via an alley rather than a new curb cut, ANC 3E supports the application.

The resolution passed by a vote of 5-0-0 at a properly noticed meeting held on March 14, 2019, at which a quorum was present, with Commissioners Bender, Ehrhardt, Hall, McHugh, Quinn, in attendance.
