Resolution Supporting Special Exception BZA Application #20233
Whereas the applicants in BZA Case 20233 are requesting a special exception for a rear single-story addition at 4810 48thStreet NW that would require relief from section D 304.1;
Whereas the current lot is smaller than other lots in the neighborhood, and the footprint of the new addition is similar to the footprint of an existing deck;
Whereas the applicant agrees to include rain barrels to address any loss of permeable ground;
Whereas the two adjacent neighbors have written letters in support of the special exception and no neighbors have written letters in opposition;
Now Therefore be it Resolved, ANC 3E supports the proposed special exception.
The resolution passed by a vote of __-__-__at a properly noticed meeting held on May 21, 2020, at which a quorum was present, with Commissioners Bender, Hall, McHugh, and Quinn in attendance.
