  1. Announcements / Open Forum– opportunity for members of the community to raise issues of concern or importance to the 3E neighborhood (15 minutes)
  2. Presentation by 2ndDistrict Police (10 minutes)
  3. Discussion of and possible vote on a resolution regarding application by owners of 4343 39th St for a special exception to side and rear yard requirements to add a one story rear addition (10 minutes)
  4. Discussion of and possible vote on Further Processing application by AU for permission to build the Meltzer Center for Athletic Performance and the Sports Center Annex (10 minutes)
  5. Update by UIP on progress in constructing a mixed-use building on Wisconsin near Brandywine, amenities, and leasing (10 minutes)
  6. Discussion of and possible resolution regarding public space application by Donahoe in connection with the mixed-use building it intends to build at the Fox 5 site (10 minutes)
  7. Update from GDS on its efforts to come into compliance with its zoning order (30 minutes)
  8. Discussion of and possible vote on resolution to amend the settlement agreement with Whole Foods to permit later Sunday hours for alcohol sales (15 minutes)
  9. Discussion of and possible vote on resolution regarding youth vaping (15 minutes)

Virtual Meeting Procedures

  1. Attendees are required to pre-register for the Zoom meeting by clicking on the “Join Zoom Meeting” link below. The registration should be done on a computer and not a mobile device.
  2. We expect all attendees to be civil and engage in a respectful discourse.
  3. All attendees will be muted by the meeting host. When recognized to speak, the meeting host will unmute the attendee.
  4. After a presenter completes his or her presentation, attendees will be given an opportunity to ask their questions or make comments followed by Commissioners.
  5. During meetings, residents should use the raise hand to request to comment and they will then be recognized by the chair. Attendees may also us the chat function to make comments.
  6. Attendees will have an opportunity to be heard once on an issue before anyone is heard twice.
  7. If many attendees want to speak on an issue, priority will be given to ANC3E residents first and then if time allows, residents who live outside of ANC3E will be recognized.
