Motor Vehicle Theft (3 Total):
- Friday, January 3 at 7:35 AM; 4600 block of Asbury Pl NW; CCN 25001114. The complainant reports that an unknown suspect entered his pickup truck and removed the keys of his 2012 Mercedes Benz, that was being stored in the center console of the pickup truck. The suspect then fled in the Mercedes Benz. This case is still being investigated, and the vehicle has not been recovered.
- Saturday, January 11 at 6:04 PM; 4620 block of 40th St NW; CCN 25004948. The complainant reports that he discovered that listed vehicle had been taken by unknown person(s). On January 29, 2025, the listed vehicle was recovered in the 2800 block of Hartford Street SE, Seventh District.
- Saturday, January 11 at 9:00 PM; 4800 block of Brandywine St NW; CCN 25005177. The complainant reports that her vehicle was missing from the reported location. This case is still being investigated, and the vehicle has not been recovered.
