RESOLUTION REGARDING REQUEST BY BUREDO TENLEYTOWN LLC
FOR A SUBSTANTIAL CHANGE TO THEIR LICENSE UNDER THE D.C. ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE CONTROL ACT AT THE PREMISES OF 4235 WISCONSIN AVENUE NW

WHEREAS, Buredo Tenleytown LLC (operating as Buredo) and referred to herein as the Applicant, has applied to the Alcoholic Beverage Regulation Administration (ABRA) to erect a new sidewalk café un-enclosed at its premises located at 4235 Wisconsin Avenue NW (“Property”), ABRA LICENSE #: ABRA-107488 and;
WHEREAS, the Applicant has agreed to the hours of outdoor operation and alcoholic beverage sales/service/consumption of Sunday through Thursday 11am – 10pm, and Friday through Saturday of 11am –10:30pm; and
WHEREAS, the Applicant has indicated their willingness to work with Tenleytown Main Streets to improve the surrounding streetscape; and
NOW, THEREFORE, in recognition of these considerations, ANC 3E adopts the following resolution.
RESOLVED, the Commission supports the application, conditioned upon the hours specified above, and that Applicant’s good faith effort to work with Tenleytown Main Streets on streetscape improvements; and be it further resolved
The Commission approved this resolution at its meeting on July 26th, 2018, which was properly noticed and at which a quorum was present. The resolution was approved by a vote of x-x-x. Commissioners Bender, McHugh, Hall, Quinn and Ehrhardt were present.
