PSA 202 Crime Trends:
There were no violent crimes in PSA 202 in July, which is a decrease from June and below average for both this year and the per month average in 2015. Overall Property Crimes were roughly the same as last month with the exception of burglaries which doubled from 2 in June to 4 in July. Two thirds of the Thefts (16 out of 24) were along the retail corridors in the neighborhood.

Stolen Auto (3 Total)
- Friday, July 1: 4500 block of Verplanck Pl, NW. CCN 16108112. A vehicle was stolen from a residence.
- Monday, July 11: 5300 block of Wisconsin Ave, NW. CCN 16114757. A vehicle was left unlocked with the keys in the vehicle and was stolen.
- Sunday, July 17: 5000 block of 39th St, NW. CCN 16118409. A vehicle was stolen from a residence and was later recovered.
Burglary (4 Total)
- Saturday, July 9, 7:00 PM: 4300 block of Fessenden St, NW. CCN 16113567. A suspect broke a lock, gained entry into an apartment and items were stolen.
- Sunday, July 17: 4100 block of Albemarle St, NW. CCN 16118234. A suspect broke a window and gained entry into a residence.
- Thursday, July 21, 12:40 PM: 4100 block of 38th St NW. CCN 16120815. A suspect entered through a front door and attempted to steal items. It is unknown if the front door was locked.
- Wednesday, July 27, 5:06 PM: 5300 block of Wisconsin Ave, NW. CCN 16124520. A suspect broke a window and gained entry into a residence.
